Local Clients: Ben Lipford Photography will deliver your products to you! We’ll call you when your products have arrived to schedule a delivery time that works best for you.
Non-Local Clients: We will receive and inspect your products on your behalf and then ship them directly to you. You will be invoiced for the shipping charges, usually around $50.
The digital files we provide are high-resolution, edited JPEG files. Your photos will print nicely up to an 8x12 print. For larger prints, please contact us.
Care instructions will come with our products.
We can’t guarantee a disaster won’t happen, but we can fix it when it does. Most of our products can be repaired or replaced through the company we source them from. We’ll let you know what costs are involved should the need arise.
